Future Room

In the physical Future Room, the scenario participants meet and discuss the scenarios they have developed. They make corrections to them and they approve them finally. There must be at least one person in the scenario group who will defend a scenario as a probable development, otherwise it will not last.

Together with new experts, they discuss how the scenarios can be visualized.

The scenarios are entered into the Future Room on the e2g platform if the group agrees that they should be publicly available. Otherwise, each participant receives a copy of the scenarios and of the documents created in the process.

In the Future Room on the e2g platform, there are links to relevant scenarios that are publicly available. The room can be visited by anyone, and you have access to scenarios that you have not helped to develop yourself.

You can then ask yourself whether it is worth the resources to even create scenarios that often end up looking like existing scenarios. The answer is that it is. Because the process is more important than the result.
